NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED AT FLUORSID BRITISH FLUORSPAR LTD

FLUORSID announces today a few changes within the Board of Directors of its subsidiary FLUORSID BFL. Andrea Alessandro Muntoni will be the new President replacing Peter Robinson, who leaves the company after a decade of fruitful collaboration. To Peter our gratitude and the best wishes for his path. The other two members on the board – which simultaneously sees the exit of Lior Metzinger – are now Rob Ridley and Isaac Gelain, both already involved within the corporate operations since years.

FLUORSID is a chemical company established in Italy in 1969, worldwide leader in manufacturing and sales of inorganic fluorochemical with operations in Italy, UK, Norway, Switzerland and Bahrain. FLUORSID BFL manages the Cavendish Mill’s english site, including the mine of Milldam in the Peak District National Park, specialized in the extraction of fluorspar, key raw material within the production cycle of the Group.


FLUORSID and its subsidiaries made a consolidated turnover of about 485mio euro in 2021, with an EBITDA of about 30mio euro.
