Cagliari, April 28, 2020 – Fluorsid SpA appointed today the new Board of Directors which will remain in charge for the next three years.
With the unanimous approval of the attendees, Tommaso Giulini is elected to the company’s chairmanship, while Lorenzo Di Donato has been appointed as CEO.
The new Board, responsible of the definition of Fluorsid and its subsidiaries’ strategic direction, is now composed by Tommaso Giulini (Chairman), Lorenzo Di Donato (Chief Executive Officer), Lior Metzinger (Chief Commercial Officer), Gianluca Ligas (Chief Financial Officer), Stefano Melis (Chief Marketing Officer), Andrea Alessandro Muntoni (Chief Health, Safety & Environment Officer) and Daniele Tocco (Site Director).
The members of the Supervisory Board were also appointed, with the confirmation of Marco Tonellotto as President, supported by Sergio Culiolo and the new add of Sandra Mura.
The Board is grateful to the outgoing member, Patrizia Romagnoli, for the excellent work done.
