The Shareholders’ Meeting of Fluorsid SpA, world leader in the production of inorganic fluorinated derivatives, approved the Financial Statement as at 31/12/2024 and appointed the new Board of Directors.
Tommaso Edoardo Giulini was confirmed as Chairman, flanked by Lior Metzinger in the new role of Executive Vice President. The role of Managing Director is entrusted to Andrea Alessandro Muntoni, who has been a Board Member since 2020 and a key figure in FLUORSID’s corporate management since 2017.
In addition to Daniele Tocco and Stefano Verna, reconfirmed as Board Members, the Board of Directors is enriched by the presence of Federica Moschini and Giuliano Palermo, as non-executive Directors, experienced professionals who will bring new perspectives and strategic skills to support the business.
The new organisational set-up reflects FLUORSID’s desire to consolidate its growth path and face the challenges of a deeply transforming industry with determination, strengthening governance and enhancing the contribution of highly qualified figures.
