Back to the origins for FLUORSID, which on its 55th anniversary returned to where it all began. President Tommaso Giulini, management and employees gathered in Silius, Sardinia, where mining activities began under the leadership of count Carlo Enrico Giulini, founder and father of the current world leader in the fluorinated products sector.
To do the honours, the municipal administration, the Pro Loco, the miners’ association and other local organisations welcomed the president and all the employees for an immersive tour through the heart of Silius excellences, including its historical streets, the mine and the magnificent park of Is Alineddus that framed the lunch.
A unique emotion to feel the embrace of the village where FLUORSID was born, where the echoes of history intertwine with the horizons of tomorrow.
